How to Apply
Please read this information carefully.
If you would like to apply to the Fund for investment in your company, please complete and submit our application form. This can be done in two ways:

Web Application Form: You can complete the web application form on this website, which allows you to submit your application direct to us over the internet. Please note that this version of the application form needs to be completed, in full, in a single session - there is no function to save your entries and come back to complete the form later. Also, please note that to retain a copy of what you have submitted you need to print the completed form before you submit it.
Once you have submitted your application using the web application form, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received into our database.

LTFWizard: Alternatively, you can download our application form program (LTFWizard). This is a program which you can install on your computer's hard disk, which will enable you to work on your application, save the data and return to complete missing information at a later stage before you submit the application to us. Note LTFWizard may not work with certain types of computer and certain operating systems (see below).
You should also be aware of your own organisation's software and security policies and should only download and run LTFWizard if you are sure that your organisation will permit you to do so. Please be aware that Company Guides Venture Partners Limited cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or other adverse effects which occur as a result of downloading and using LTFWizard.
When you submit your application using LTFWizard, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received into our database.
Please note:
- Downloading LTFWizard may take several minutes, depending on
your internet connection speed. The download places a file called
LTFWizardSetup.exe in a directory of your choosing. You must run
this program to install the LTFWizard application. The installation
procedure will place an LTFWizard icon on your Windows desktop and
will place the software in a directory
C:\Program Files\LTFWizard\. - LTFWizard only works with Windows 2000 and upwards. To check which version of Windows you have, click on "Start" on your Windows task bar and then "Help".
By submitting an application to us, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms set out in this important legal information, which includes our Terms of Business.
We aim to respond to all applications within 10 working days. If we decide to take your proposal forward, we will contact you to arrange an initial meeting. If not, we will reply by email or telephone.
Please note that the information you provide in your application will form the basis of our initial review of the investment opportunity. Therefore we strongly recommend that you complete the form as fully as possible.
